**Position:** Customer Support Executive – Voice Process  
**Eligibility:** Any Graduate (Freshers)  
**Experience:** Entry-level

**Skills Required:**  
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)  
- Proficiency in MS Office  
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills  
- Basic computer knowledge  
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

**Additional Details:**  
- Immediate joiners preferred  
- Cab facility available for shifts ending between 10-12 PM (15KM radius)  
- Male employees may work late-night shifts; females will logout by 8-10 PM or earlier
