Key Responsibilities:

- Engage in requirements gathering to identify process gaps and risks, and create comprehensive plans.

- Develop detailed project schedules based on effort analysis and dependency mapping.

- Partner with project owners to outline deliverables, scope, and execution plans.

- Collaborate across teams to evolve user experience concepts, create functional prototypes, and conduct testing.

- Define and execute strategies to deliver exceptional user experiences.

- Establish visual languages that maintain user focus.

- Conduct user research and testing to derive actionable insights.

- Create and maintain UI frameworks and style guides.

- Drive process improvements to boost productivity.

- Advocate for the importance of UX in all engagements and lead with thought leadership.

Requirements:

- Strong communication and analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.

- Proven ability to apply design thinking in practical scenarios.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, designers, and development teams.

- Experience in managing projects with or without guidance, and thriving in ambiguous situations.

- A degree from a design school is an added advantage.
